- If the bike is homemade, assembled from after-market components and accessories or a kit; or if it has a state-assigned Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), we cannot give you an estimate online. Instead, please call us for an estimate at 888-244-8092 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Eastern time Monday through Friday.
