If you choose to delete your account, your MyForemostAccount.com account will be deleted immediately, and you will no longer be able to access it. This will only delete your online account. Deleting your MyForemostAccount.com account does not cancel any of your policies. Any payment(s) scheduled will still be processed on the scheduled date(s). If you are on Paperless, the policies will remain enrolled in Paperless, so long as there is a registered profile associated with the policy; otherwise, you will begin receiving policy and billing documents by mail. If you do begin receiving documents by mail, this may remove any applicable Paperless discounts. We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements and in accordance with our internal procedures.
